Delivery options depend on the size, weight, and type of part ordered. Smaller items are usually sent by courier, while larger parts such as engines, gearboxes, doors, bumpers, bonnets, seats, or body panels may require pallet delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, our used parts are supplied with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers the part supplied by Express German Spares. It does not cover labour, fitting costs, diagnostics, recovery costs, fluids, consumables, coding, programming, or any consequential losses.
All parts should be checked before fitting and installed by a competent person or qualified mechanic.
Engines and gearboxes are used parts and should be professionally inspected before fitting.
Where applicable, we recommend replacing service items before installation, including oils, filters, belts, chains, gaskets, seals, water pumps, and other consumables. Failure to follow proper fitting and servicing procedures may affect warranty eligibility.
Electrical parts, control modules, ECUs, sensors, infotainment units, and similar components may require coding or programming to the vehicle.
Incorrect fitting, incorrect coding, water damage, electrical faults in the vehicle, or attempted repair/modification of the part are not covered by warranty.
